About the Owner
Beth Italia is the owner and farmer of an organic lavender farm in Ramona, California. She has been farming lavender for ten years, sustainably irrigating her fields with collected rainwater and personally processing the harvest into healing lavender oil, hydrosol, dried bundles, and culinary and crafting buds. Grounded in the belief that lavender supports calm, restoration, and well-being, Beth’s work honors both the plant’s therapeutic qualities and the land it grows on. Before becoming a farmer, she was a teacher in inner-city Philadelphia, an experience that continues to shape her commitment to care, education, and stewardship.

Use the lollipop stage for simple tricks or elegant poses. If you prefer, you can skip the apparatus and take standing photos in the lavender field instead.

A lollipop lyra is a freestanding aerial hoop on a stage - no rigging needed. You’ll be shooting right in the middle of the lavender fields.
